Video Viewing – Media Player System Requirements
All of REAL ESTATE CHANNEL’s video libraries (Traditional Television Programming & Paid Programming) are formatted and encoded to be viewed in both Microsoft Windows Media Player and Adobe Flash Media Player formats. Videos are not encoded in Apple QuickTime or Real Media player formats. Therefore you must use either Windows Media or Flash Players to view all our video content.
If you currently have Apple QuickTime or a Real Player media player as your PC’s default media player, simply change your PC’s media player settings to either a Windows Media or Flash player to start viewing. It’s simple and easy to do.
If your PC (or other viewing appliance of choice) does not have Windows Media or a Flash Player loaded on your system, then click on either logo below start downloading your FREE copy of each player now.

Video Search & Navigation Tips
REAL ESTATE CHANNEL™ was designed to provide maximum viewing ease with minimal search headaches with our 3-tier search architecture (3 step search process to find the videos YOU want to see). It’s really simple, fast and easy to use!
Traditional Television Programming – You can search our video database for hundreds of “TV shows” by genre, series title, episode number or individual show segments of 4 to 8 minutes in length each.
Paid Programming – You can also search our video database by a specific real estate product or service category tied to a very local geographic service area.
Start by simply making your initial video category selection in our top navigation bar, then our system will prompt you to make a second Sub-category selection in the underlying search bar. Once a second video sub-category selection is made, then a final 3rd hyper-local search criteria is requested. Once made, we will display your search results in our left rail “Video Search Results Playlist” area. Click any thumbnail picture in the Playlist area to start watching any video you wish on-demand. All videos are free to watch!
If you see a video that you would like to share with others, please use our “Email–A–Friend” feature by clicking on the adjacent “Mail Letter” icon next to each video you like to send out a copy. Once the Email-A-Friend pop-up window is opened, simply enter your friend’s, family member’s or coworker’s email, your email and a short note and we’ll send it out immediately on your behalf.
Bandwidth Streaming Specs & Tips
All of REAL ESTATE CHANNEL’s video libraries are preset to stream at a standard broadband connection bit rate speed of 300Kb. If your PC has a super high speed broadband connection (T-1 or greater), then click on the “Setting” icon in the media player area and select your own custom super high speed streaming speed of 700Kb. This 700Kb setting will give you the highest quality video images in your media player in both regular and “Full Screen” viewing modes. It’s truly a TV-on-the-web viewing experience.
