Miami's 67-Story Marquis Residence Tower Signs New Marketing Agreement

(MIAMI, FL) -- ONE Sotheby's International Realty has signed an exclusive marketing and sales agreement with Africa-Israel USA to head up sales and marketing efforts for the 67 floor Marquis Residences tower.

The tower is one of the tallest residential structures in Florida and located in downtown's new "Park West" neighborhood. There are currently 292 condo units to sell, comprised of one-to-four-bedroom residences that are now priced from $375,000. The tower's crown jewel is an 8,042 sq. ft. penthouse unit that boasts having the highest terrace and hot tub in Florida.

The new sales team is also offering reduced prices and $50 million worth of financing available at competitive rates to purchasers, through Americor.

Tempo Miami, a RockResort, occupies the southern side of the tower with a 56-key boutique hotel, a premier 8,000 square-foot RockResorts Spa and fitness center, gourmet restaurant and cocktail lounge, infinity-edge sunrise swim spa, a lagoon style sunset pool and personal concierge services.

Tempo marks the first hotel in Florida for the RockResorts brand, originally created in 1956 by Laurance Rockefeller with the development of Caneel Bay on St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Vail Resorts, Inc., the premier mountain resort operator in North America, acquired full ownership of the RockResorts brand in 2005.

RockResorts, known for its high-profile properties like Hotel Jerome in Aspen, are expanding beyond Miami to include One Ski Hill in Breckenridge, CO (scheduled to open in 2010); Balcones del Atlantico in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic; Rum Cay in Rum Cay, The Bahamas (scheduled to open in 2012); The Mansfield Inn at Stowe in Stowe, VT (scheduled to open winter 2013); and Third Turtle Club in the Turks and Caicos Islands (scheduled to open 2013).
